ACFS Empty Park (ACFS e-Depot) reached another exciting milestone in the newly redeveloped 7.04 hectare, 12,000 TEU automated Empty Depot.
After months of designing and constructing we have successfully commissioned our multifunctional e-Reefer Bay that can PTI (Pre-Trip Investigation) Service, wash, and survey 180TEU as pictured below, with the ability to dual stack PTI and Wash 360 TEU.
Keeping with the ACFS Ethos “Better Way” we set out to design a greener and efficient multifunctional space that does not compromise capacity, all while fitting in with the busy day to day environment of our Empty Container Depot.
The ACFS e-Reefer Bay is supported by 227 Solar Panels assisting throughout the PTI service and furthermore reducing emissions by removing up to 4 additional Container lifts required throughout the Reefer Container M&R flow.
