Please be aware the New National Heavy Vehicle Regulations (Feb 2014) have strengthened the compliance and heavier penalties implemented for the Transport industry nationally. Under the Chain of Responsibility (CoR) component within the new regulations, all parties must comply with the requirement for load mass on vehicles operating on state roads.
