The Hazelmere site is a state of art facility will have a 5 Star Green rating with 99kw Solar System. This is part of ACFS Continuous Improvement Program to reduce its Carbon Footprint. The new depot will be a multi-site warehouse which will service a range of customers for their logistical needs and offers:
➡ Warehouse of 15,000sqm with racking capacity to store 20,484 pallets at various height positions.
✔ 4 x recessed docks.
✔ Warehouse is Customs and Quarantine approved.
✔ Technology that allows the team to optimize storage, handling, and the distribution processes. Live scanning of inventory, through WMS (Paperless), including integration to medium to large customers.
✔ High volume unpack / pack facility with reach stacker on site.
✔ The warehouse boasts cutting-edge technology including a sophisticated CCTV security system.
➡ FCL Container Depot providing a 11,850sqm Container Rated Hardstand (approx. 780 TEU).
✔ Site is supported by the ACFS Transport Fleet to deliver FCL (Full Container Loads) as a hub and spoke solution for customers in the area. ACFS Transport Fleet will also support the FTL (Full Tautliner Load) and LCL (Less-than-Container Load) service requirements.
✔ Container Yard equipment such as Reach Stackers will be dedicated to the site to allow a seamless operation.
✔ This facility offers 36 Power charging points for reefer storage.
✔ The container yard boasts cutting-edge technology including a sophisticated CCTV security system.
